At the end of the program, each participant should have produced a basic small business plan, and will have the opportunity to present their plan and business concept to a team of business professionals. About Boots to Business Reboot - For Service Members, Veterans, and Military Spouses Boots to Business Reboot is an entrepreneurial education and training program offered by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
